Sales Executive

Duties

  1. Carry out market intelligence and research, and prepare before each call
  2. Carry out high quality, intelligent sales calls
  3. Follow up with professional one-to-one emails
  4. Call new qualified leads to nurture and build relationships by:
    • Introduction
    • Overcome resistance and objections
    • Explain value proposition
    • Get contact details, roles, and key decision makers
    • Discover current situation, pain points and challenges
    • Offer to help to resolve their challenges by booking a call with an expert
    • Liaise with potential client enquiries
    • CTA – Arrange a discovery call with a Kounteq solutions expert
  5. Training and onboarding for cold outgoing calls
  6. Enter and maintain data, customer feedback and documentation on CRM and collaborations tools
  7. Meet kpi’s for number of calls per day, follow ups per day and quality appointments arranged, conversion rate
  8. Report to management
  9. Other Admin tasks
  10. Training will be provided on in house CRM, productivity and collaboration tools and other applications

Requirements

  • On or completed one of the relevant Sales training courses or 3-4 years experience in outbound Sales
  • Hands-on experience in telesales with experience in cold calling and nurturing prospects
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi task between priority items
  • Can work remotely 
  • Aware of current industry developments and best practices
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills, and an attention to detail
  • Extremely well organised and able to prioritise business needs effectively
  • Confident and flexible, self-motivated, capable of operating in a dynamic environment
  • An unwavering desire for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Most importantly, the candidate should have a passion for solving customer problems and provide solutions
